Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please email us at info@gleamingbeauty.pk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions along with a return shipping label. Please do not send any items back without first contacting us, as we won’t be able to accept them.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@gleamingbeauty.pk so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
