Gleaming Beauty Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gleaming Beauty! We’re committed to delivering your herbal skincare and haircare products safely and quickly across Pakistan. Below is our updated shipping policy for your convenience.

1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Any applicable shipping promotions (like free shipping) will be applied automatically.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 working days

  • Express Delivery: 1 to 2 working days (available in major cities)

Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

2. Order Processing

We process orders within 1 to 2 working days after receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details. Once shipped, a second email or SMS will include your tracking information.

3. Shipping Coverage (Within Pakistan Only)

We deliver to all cities and regions in Pakistan using trusted courier services including:
Leopard Courier, TCS, M&P, Call Courier, and Trax.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

4. Shipping Limitations

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete home or office address.

  • Certain products may be restricted in remote or sensitive areas. If your location is affected, we will inform you promptly.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your parcel by visiting the courier’s website (e.g., leopardcourier.com, tcsexpress.com).

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours at info@gleamingbeauty.pk or 0328-5520022.

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

Note: Gleaming Beauty is not responsible for items marked as “delivered” by the courier.

7. Address Changes

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at info@gleamingbeauty.pk or 0328-5520022.
We cannot change the address once your order has been shipped.

8. Free Shipping Offers

We occasionally offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on current promotions.
